Shop Policies & Order Info
Unless otherwise noted, all of my prints are printed on archival-quality paper with a beautiful luster finish (the perfect combo of matte and glossy) using professional photo-processing methods. They are designed to last for generations. The copyright marks on the images in the gallery will not appear on any purchased prints. Small (5x7") and medium (8x12" and 8x10") prints are usually shipped directly from me, but in order to offer a larger range of artworks, print sizes, and eventually some new print finishes, some prints will be shipped directly to you from my print partners.
In order to expand my product line I have partnered with select manufacturers who print, pack, and ship those items for me. As an independent artist I am not able to keep most of these items in stock, and drop shipping directly from the manufacturer to you, my customer, is the most cost-effective way to get high-quality, custom-printed products to your doorstep.
Payments & Order Fulfillment
All major credit cards are accepted, and are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Orders generally take 1-7 business days to process. On occasion some items fulfilled by partner companies may be delayed due to production times, especially during the holidays. As mentioned, I do not print, pack, or ship these items myself, so I am not able to rush these orders. Please keep this in mind and order with additional time if your order is time-sensitive.
Domestic United States Shipping
All domestic US orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and will be delivered in an estimated 4-7 business days. USPS has been experiencing delays which will be more significant during the holidays.
Some items are shipped from different locations and will be separated into more than one package. When orders are shipped you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number.
All orders are packed with the utmost care, and I use recycled and reused shipping materials as often as possible to help reduce my impact on the environment.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, and will generally arrive in 10-14 business days. Please keep international shipping times (plus order fulfillment times) in mind when placing time-sensitive orders.
Customs and taxes which may be incurred when importing orders are the buyer's responsibility and may be charged to you by the post office upon delivery.

COVID & Delivery Times
It is unclear how the COVID pandemic and changes to the USPS services are still affecting delivery times. Please keep in mind that the mail system is not something I have any control over, and I appreciate your patience with any additional delivery times. If you are ordering for an important event like a birthday please try to include extra time on top of typical estimated delivery times.
Refunds and Exchanges
In order to provide a wider range of products I have carefully vetted and partnered with select companies who custom print each item when an order is placed. Because your items are custom-printed, returns and exchanges are not possible. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be asked for photos of the item(s) so that the problem can be reported to the printer in order to receive a reprint or refund. I wish I could personally inspect every order but I am just one artist, and I appreciate your understanding on this issue. Please contact me right away if there are any issues.
Please note: Clothing items are custom printed when your order is placed and shipped directly from the manufacturer, therefore I am not able to receive returns on these items. I have included detailed size information for each clothing item so that the best size can be chosen before ordering. It is rare, but if a clothing item does not match the size chart provided for that product please contact me immediately so that I can request a re-print or refund for you.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items, digital products, or gift cards.
